The workout lineups you build — exercise names, durations, rep goals, and set counts — are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you tap Share.

WHAT SHARING SENDS

Tapping Share sends that lineup's exercise names, durations, rep goals, and set counts to our server so we can generate a link. No account information or device identifier is attached — just the workout content you typed. Shared lineups are automatically deleted after 30 days.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• No analytics or third-party trackers
• No advertising
• No accounts, logins, or passwords
• No selling or sharing data with third parties
